Shipments and returns
Parcels are usually despatched within 2 days of receipt of payment and are despatched via the best available courier with track and trace and signature free delivery. If you prefer delivery with your own courier, please let us know in advance. The shipping cost includes the handling and packing fee as well as the shipping cost. The handling fees are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the weight and the shipping area. We recommend grouping your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately and shipping costs will be applied to each of them. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile items. Each piece of your order is carefully placed and packed.
